Sensei Yvonne holds Black Belts in Sholin Kempo Karate and Cabales Serrada.  She began studying Goju Ryu at 8 years of age achieving a green belt and has competed  in various Martial Arts Tournaments winning both in form and sparing, including such prestigious competitions as the US Open, the Battle of Atlanta and the Battle of Boston.   She competed in the 2001 USA Extreme Kickboxing Challanege taking first place in a  Muay Thia fight by technical knockout. She teaches private Serrada classes (stick and knife fighting art) and assist with the kids classes, while staying active as a professional boxer. .
